Appointments can vary pending chain selected and placement of the chain (ie anklet or necklace). Most appointments take between 15-20 mins on average.

Warranty is up for one year.

All jewelry includes one FREE re-weld.

Any additional repairs or re-attachments will be $25. If chain isn't in original condition, a new chain will need to be purchased.

Lost products are not warrantied.

We will replace any tarnished product at no cost.

Avoid direct contact with harsh chemicals.

Avoid putting perfume, lotions, and sunscreen directly on jewelry.

Pools and hot tubs can discolor jewelry or create tarnishing.

To clean jewelry: wash with gentle soap and soft brush, dry thoroughly and then polish with a jewelry polishing cloth.

Our pricing guide is listed below. Prices range pending type of chain selected, bracelet or anklet, and type of metal. 14k gold chains range from $80-$200 and gold-filled and sterling silver options can cost anywhere from $50-$75.

We customize the chain length to fit your wrist or ankle. We connect the chain by welding a jump ring together to keep it closed. This means there is no clasp, therefore, if you need to remove it for any reason, you would need to clip the jump ring with scissors.

Save your chain and we will offer one reattachment at no charge. Any additional repairs or reattachments will be $25. If chain isn't in original condition, a new chain will need to be purchased.

If you decide to remove your jewelry, you can easily cut it off with scissors. Be sure to cut it where the jump ring/welded link is located and save your chain in case you want to get it relinked in the future.
